To support our mission we are currently seeking an Business Unit Administrator to join the Pre-Contracts team. This will be a part-time role and offers the ability to work remotely.**What does this role involve?**

In this role you will report to Group Manager Pre-Contracts and will provide project financial support to the global business units.- Preparation of client invoicing
- Preparation of monthly dashboard data including, cost, revenue, budget and debtors reporting
- Administer intercompany transfer charging
- Opening projects in Salesforce and setting up in ERP (JDE/SAP)
- Provide general administration support, such as preparing purchase orders, sales orders, tender documents and internal/external reports

**What are we looking for?**

To be considered for this role you will have demonstrated experience in an administrative support position with a focus on monthly financial procedures (invoicing, procurement and reporting), ideally within the engineering, construction or mining sectors.
- Your problem-solving abilities, time management and well developed communication skills will be key to your success in this role as you build relationships with the internal teams, clients and subcontractors.
- You will possess intermediate to advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills and experience with JDE/SAP and Salesforce will be well regarded.
