- **Requires an active NV1 security clearance**
- Recognized expertise and extensive demonstrated experience (minimum 15 years) within Defence as a program manager with organisational governance management experience.
- Experience with High Assurance Cryptographic Equipment (HACE) and commercial grade COMSEC capabilities, especially their use within Defence networks.
- Experience in designing governance frameworks between internal and external organisations.
- Experience is management and co-ordination of program boards, including minute taking.
- High level organisational skills.
- Experience working in the Defence environment, with a minimum previous 8 years of employment (contracted or otherwise) with the Department.
- Ability to work closely with all COMSEC stakeholders which include CASG, the three Service Headquarters, Chief Information Officer Group (CIOG), Australian Signals Directorate (ASD) and Industry representatives.
- Ability to be creative or innovative when circumstances demand that alternate options should be considered.
- Ability to work under broad direction, be outcomes focused and operate as part of a small integrated and matrix team.
