**The Role**:
The Customer Service Coordinator is established as the company’s brand ambassador whom is responsible for management of all customer support duties as and when required, including, front-line communication, maintaining the company’s positive image and reputation by ensuring that clients receive high-quality, satisfactory service, whilst balancing business efficiencies, namely, internal support for daily operations, by promptly responding to customer requests, effectively managing resources, labor recruitment, procedural compliance, on-boarding, general operational planning and any day to day administrative tasks as directed by management.

This role is a **Fixed - Term agreement,** commencing in July 2024 for the duration of **6 months**. The role requires on-site attendance, **Monday - Friday**.

**Duties include**:

- Advertising and induction of retail & commercial cleaners
- Back office support to the business in the provision of retail and commercial cleaning services
- Daily Co-ordination with Area Managers and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Liaise with both the cleaners and clients on a daily basis as well as correlate payroll information once a fortnight to ensure the correct payment of cleaners.
- Management of internal database
- Advertising of cleaners Australia wide
- Complete necessary documentation for new hires
- Communicate with clients and Area Managers and rectify grievances in a timely manner
- Correct completion of spread sheets once a fortnight for payroll purposes
- Follow up and reporting on cleaner attendance in respective states of responsibility
- Assisting the Operations Support Manager and Periodic Projects Manager in day to day tasks.

**Requirements and skills**:

- Excellent computer skills are essential as you will be working on an electronic platform.
- Must be able to demonstrate experience in all Microsoft packages.
- Good communication skills and telephonic manner as you will receive a high volume of calls.
- Proficiency in English.
- Well organised, attention to detail and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
- A team player with high level of dedication.

**Job Type**: Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
