**The OPPORTUNITY**

DECJUBA have an incredible opportunity for an experienced **E-Commerce Specialist** to join our Customer Experience #DREAMTEAM

The E-Commerce Specialist is responsible for achieving online sales targets by monitoring site performance & sales, driving trade activity & delivering an #AMAZING customer experience.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Analyse online sales & site performance to recommend activities to maximise sales (planned & reactive)
- Drive the end-to-end customer experience on the site
- Optimise product search and navigation
- Daily review of product pages, ensuring cross sell and merchandising drive conversion
- Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement to customer experience, including new ecommerce features and site enhancements
- Continual improvement / adjustment to site experience based on customer data, click-tracking and heat mapping tools
- Analyse the website daily and weekly through google reporting and sales data. Provide agile, in trade recommendations to improve clicks & conversion
- Analyse and assess the performance of products, categories, site traffic and conversion rates, to determine strategic insights and outcomes

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experienced and confident in Shopify, AP21, Excel, Google Analytics and GTM Tagging
- Proven experience driving e-commerce strategy and achieving online sales targets
- Ability to analyse results, draw insights and make agile, data-driven decisions
- Understanding of UX principles
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying opportunity
- Strong project and self-management skills with the ability to prioritise under tight deadlines
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and the ability to take initiative
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to create an engaging, energetic team environment by building strong relationships with internal stakeholders
