With a passion for helping small businesses achieve their dreams and planned growth in the pipeline, a gap exists for an experienced, driven, and passionate IT Manager to help migrate a new business into the existing business and ensure all three office locations are on the same cloud-based system and working with the same high standards. **The Job.**
Reporting through to the CIO and CEO, you will be responsible for the following duties:

- Integrate a new company into the existing cloud-based IT structure
- Support software, hardware and coordinate an upgrade to central IT systems
- Communicate and collaborate with project and technical teams
- Streamline operations across all IT tools and interfaces
- Create and drive a technology roadmap for success
- Work on continuous IT improvement processes
- Manage the IT budgets and procurement process for the Brisbane and Gold Coast offices
- Work with the onshore and offshore IT teams to ensure consistency across the business

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Be comfortable wearing multiple hats and consider yourself a “Jack of all trades” when it comes to IT
- Ideally you will be CISCO trained / certified with an understanding of cloud migrations, programming languages, database management and IT security
- A genuinely inquisitive nature to how all things IT work
- Mentor, manage and upskill team members
- Able to work across both Brisbane and Gold Coast office locations, splitting your time in each office every week
- Enjoy working in the office 4-5 days a week and have a genuine interest in stakeholder collaboration, problem solving and continuous improvement processes
- Bring fresh ideas to the table and have an entrepreneurial mindset
