**About us**

**About the Role**
The primary purpose of the Pinnacle Marketing Coordinator is to support the wine marketing team in implementing new product and brand concepts, as well as packaging refreshments.
The role will support in project managing new product development (NPD) and will work closely with product development resources from other functional areas. The role will also be responsible for managing the marketing requirements for the three step gate process to move NPD from concept to production.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Support the wine marketing team to deliver new product development from conceptualisation and packaging to brand guidelines and Point of Sale materials.
- Co-ordinate, communicate and project manage key timings for the wine marketing team
- Administration of wine label approval sign-offs and coordination of bottle photography
- Develop all the Marketing materials for the NPD including product information sheet/brochure as required
- Drive the marketing set-up and inputs into the wine category Gate Papers and work with internal Business Teams (Pinnacle and retail banner) to deliver input and sign-off
- Effectively manage outsourced agency and internal department relationships

- You embrace challenges with enthusiasm, demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt, approaches tasks with a can-do attitude and thrive in a collaborative environment.
- You will also demonstrate:

- Experience in coordinator or similar position
- Excellent brand, project and process management skills
- Ability to personally develop creative concepts, think independently and drive and deliver key activities
- Strong knowledge of brand/product marketing principles
