**The role**

Reporting to the Credit Manager, this full-time, 6-month Fixed Term Contract role will enable you to become part of a close-knit Credit team, able to start immediately. You will be responsible for the end-to-end Credit Control, managing your own large ledger and the collection of overdue accounts via outbound collections, whilst providing outstanding customer service to approximately 1000 corporate and smaller SME accounts. You will also be a key point of contact with account managers and customer service.

The role will suit someone who is passionate about collections and loves to smash down their own ledger The role will be comprised of;
**Duties**
- Managing large number of National + small accounts (approx 1000 active accounts)
- Manage ledger of approx. $4-5m
- Creating new accounts
- Ascertaining credit viability of customers
- Outbound Collections calls
- Minimise debt write off
- Assisting customer service with disputed accounts
- Credit queries
- Stop supply
- Weekly and monthly credit reporting
- Issuing of account statements
- Raising credit notes/returns

**Skills & experience**

You will maintain excellent written/verbal communications skills, be naturally motivated and an ability to build successful internal/external relationships.
