Our client is a global market leading manufacturer and supplier of various components, power units and systems to cater for the mining and industrial sectors.

Due to growth, we're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who takes pride in their work to join their team as a Trades Assistant. This unique position requires a high level of attention to detail and a proactive helpful and flexible approach to assist and work closely with Fitter Trades people with the repair and build of intricate hydraulic equipment.

**The Role**:

- Assist trades with fitting, assembly, repair requirements
- General housekeeping of workshop
- Ensure all policy, procedures and safety requirements are adhered to at all times

**What we're looking for**:

- Experience in a fitting workshop or similar
- Forklift license.
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and work independently
- Able to carry our physical tasks as required
- Self motivated, good organisations skills
- Suited to working in a fast-paced environment.
- Punctual and reliable with exceptional interpersonal skills
