**The Role**

This role will form a key part of our billing and credits team and be focused on the accurate and timely analysis and reconciliation of supplier invoices, customer invoice generation and general reporting to the broader business regarding our billing and credit related activities. This role demands a keen eye for detail, problem solving and an ability to effectively deal with a large volume of transactions from multiple data sources, investigating discrepancies and lodging credit claims with suppliers where necessary.

We are looking for fast learners that can quickly adapt to new systems and processes. A continuous improvement mindset and excellent interpersonal skills will take you a long way in our organisation which is currently experiencing significant growth.

**Required skills and experience**
- Knowledge and experience in the Australian logistics industry preferred, with an understanding of freight rate and surcharge structures
- Experience required in billing processes including supplier invoice reconciliation and credit management
- Intermediate skills in MS excel, word and outlook.
- Ability to build strong and lasting relationships at all levels of the organisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work unsupervised & meet deadlines
- Ability to present in a professional manner, and approach tasks and duties with a positive attitude
- A go getter who is a team player, willing to support peers and go the ‘extra mile’
- A positive individual who has the desire to contribute towards a quality business culture

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
- Good eye for detail
- Ability to operate in a data heavy environment
- Intermediate to high MS Excel and Word Skills
- Ability to adapt to new systems and processes
- Ability to build strong and lasting relationships at all levels of the organisation.
