Are you ready to be a cornerstone of our billing and credits team? We're seeking dynamic individuals with a passion for accuracy, a flair for customer service and engagement, and a knack for navigating various data sources. In this pivotal role, you'll reconcile supplier invoices, generate customer invoices, and provide stellar reporting to the broader business. Key Accountabilities:

- Execute supplier invoice reconciliations under the guidance of the Billing and Accounts Team Leader.
- Upload supplier invoices into our cutting-edge Transport Management System (TMS).
- Analyse and investigate variances in costs championing credit claims with suppliers.
- Raise recurring billing and credit issues with the Billing and Accounts Team Leader, contributing to the central resolution register.
- Excellent customer service experience
- Background in Logistics and Freight
