Quin Sports opened its doors in 1961 and supplied clubs, schools, gymnasiums and stadiums with sporting equipment. **Role Overview**

As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing human resources for new employees, payroll, and BAS and PAYG reporting. You will also be responsible for monitoring OH&S in the workplace, arranging training courses for staff, and arranging monthly office meetings with minutes and follow-ups.

**About the Person**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the purchase of office supplies, renew insurance policies, manage insurance claims, and manage company licenses for vehicles and machinery. You will provide AP & AR reports to the Director, prepare monthly management reports, and manage cash flow by following up with debtors for overdue invoices.
- Manage phone, internet, and security systems and provide additional administration as directed by the Director. Be able to assist with sales and purchasing when required.

**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**
- Previous experience working as an Office Manager/Accountant/HR Administrator for an Australian business.
- Relevant Business Certifications and Diplomas
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Be self-driven
