**THE FIRM**:
An established, leading boutique plaintiff law firm located in the Sydney CBD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced legal secretary to join its team. This firm specializes in personal injury and insurance litigation and fosters a collaborative working environment.

**THE ROLE**:
As a Legal Secretary directly supporting the Principal, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Managing the workflow of legal documents, correspondence, and client files.
- Maintain an organized filing system, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
- Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, and provide excellent customer service to clients.
- Assist in preparing client invoices and tracking billable hours. Maintain accurate records of time entries and expenses incurred on cases.
- Transcribe dictations, recordings, and meeting minutes with a high degree of accuracy. Proofread and edit legal documents for grammar, punctuation, and formatting.
- Maintain the Principal's calendars, including scheduling appointments, court dates, meetings, and deadlines.

**ABOUT YOU**:
To be considered for this role, you must showcase the following:

- Minimum 4 years experience as a Legal Secretary, with a focus on Plaintiff insurance matters.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology, processes, and procedures related to personal injury and insurance litigation.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
