Offices located in Melbourne's CBD, our client is on the lookout for a dynamic and organised Junior Team Assistant to join their growing team. In this role, you will be a crucial support member, working closely with our senior team to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Office administration support
- Electronic filing of new registers or companies for the business
- Organising of incoming and outgoing mail
- Processing of ASIC invoice statements for clients
- Maintenance of Business Names register including arranging registrations and renewals
- General ad hoc duties (billings, month end process, general admin) and projects
- Contributing to the office management in conjunction with the team assistant
- Coverage of the front desk and reception when required

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Strong administrative skills
- Previous experience working within a customer service or administrative role
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and colleagues
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
- Experience working within fast paced environments with the ability to be adaptable to competing demands
- High attention to detail with demonstrated initiative and problem solving skills
