Administration Support Officer

**About the Role**:
As an Administrative Support Officer, you will provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients, including effective and efficient management and drafting of correspondence and other communications on behalf of managers, members and staff.
**More specifically duties will include**:
**About You**:
- Relevant administration skills and experience
- Excellent computer literacy skills (including MS Office and databases)
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build good working relationships with key stakeholders
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrated organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work proactively, with mínimal supervision and to work effectively as a member of a team
- Ability to draft standard documents, correspondence and reports to a professional standard

**Pre-employment checks**:
- Can provide acceptable evidence that they meet full vaccination status (3 doses) or provide medical evidence confirming an exemption.
- Successfully complete a National Police History Check and Working with Children Check
