**About the role**:
As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, client-centred clinical rehabilitation assessments and interventions within a recovery framework. These efforts aim to promote wellness and enhance functional independence and social empowerment. Your responsibilities will also involve engaging and supporting families, designated caregivers, NDIS providers, GPs, and other private practitioners/services.

To aid your success in this role, support will be offered by the team manager as well as other senior members of the wider team and other discipline specific colleagues. You will also be supported and expected to engage in regular clinical supervision in an ongoing manner as part of this role.

**Where you’ll be working**:
This role sits within the Hunter Valley Community Mental Health Service, located in Maitland. You will join a dynamic and supportive multi-disciplinary team, where you will hold a clinical role within a rehabilitation case management framework. This position involves providing direct clinical care to clients in the Hunter Valley Area and offering discipline-specific consultation to the broader team.

**Requirements**:

- Must hold a qualification in one of the following: Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Nursing, Social Work, Counsellor (Degree in Bachelor of Health Science Mental Health, Djirruwang Program), Nutrition, and Dietetics which provides eligibility or membership of the relevant professional association / provisional or general registration through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
- Eligibility to drive in NSW and interstate and the willingness to travel in the course of employment.
