With our business expanding at an unexpected pace due to our continuing regional expansion, we are seeking a Full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about recruiting careers in Finance industry to join our awesome HR team in our Sydney Office.

**Duties**:

- Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process.
- Develop close working relationships with stakeholders to understand their business unit.
- Conduct proactive, targeted searches using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and talent pooling.
- Owning our Referral Programme and helping us improve on increasing referrals to the business.
- Conducting interviews and coordinating necessary assessments.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, other service providers, and internal clients.
- Any other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in a recruiter role.
- Experience working within the Forex or Fintech industry is highly desirable.
- Experience in proactively sourcing, recruiting & networking.
- Initiative-taker that can multi
- prioritized prioritize.
- Ability to provide feedback as & when required to all levels of the business.
- Knowledge and expertise in managing day-to-day operational HR matters.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills.
- Effective communication skills: Fluency in Mandarin and English is necessary.
- Good problem-solving ability.
- A can-do attitude; and time management skills.
