**About the Role**:
Become a valued member of our team with this Parental Leave Contract - Part-Time Sales Team Member position at Sussan. Your day will consist of creating an exceptional customer experience, providing styling advice and offering recommendations, assisting with stock deliveries and visual merchandising, and working collaboratively with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPI’s.

It's important to note that this position is a Parental Leave 12-month Contracted role and has a set schedule of days and hours per week, operating on a rotating roster over a fortnight.

**Week One - 28 Hours**:
Monday 8.45am - 5.45pm | Tuesday 11am - 4pm | Wednesday 11am - 4pm | Thursday 11am - 4pm | Friday 11am - 4pm

**Week Two - 27 Hours**:
Tuesday 11am - 4pm | Wednesday 11am - 4pm | Thursday 11am - 4pm | Friday 11am - 4pm | Saturday 8.45am - 4.15pm

This is a Supervisory role which involves overseeing the store, opening and closing procedures, managing the team, and ensuring excellent customer service.
