**About the role**:
Partnering with the Visual Merchandise Manager, you will focus on the visual interpretation strategy from seasonal floor plans to daily visual displays and execute the strategy to ensure the Ballarat store is creating the message that covers the breadths of themes and looks to inspire our customers. You will bring your visual merchandise principles, your sense of personal style and creative flair, and a love of a dynamic fast-paced workplace to work with your dedicated team to unload shipments, maintaining and stocking the floor displays and shelves to captivate and promote incredible in-store experiences to our valued customers.

To be considered for this position you will need to be available to work Monday - Friday across our key store trading hours.

**Your Background**:

- Visual merchandising experience ideally in a store retail environment
- Visual merchandise qualifications or working towards, highly regarded
- Knowledge in visual merchandising techniques, standards and practices
- Proven attention to detail skills
- Strong understanding in trends and styles and a passion for visual merchandise styling
