- 27-Mar-2024 We have multiple **Permanent Part Time** positions for entry-level or experienced care workers available in Coolum 4573 and surrounding areas.
As a homecare support worker, you'll help older Australians maintain their independence and live at home for longer.
**Your day to day will look like**:
- Domestic Assistance including cleaning and cooking or meal preparation
- Personal care including getting them up, showering and dressing
- Driving clients to medical appointments or taking them shopping
- Providing social support and community engagement
- Providing complex care and medication management
**What we look for**:
- **Driver's licence** and a **fully insured car**:
- **Certificate III in Individual Support** or equivalent
- Current **First Aid Certificate** (or willing to obtain)
- Current **flu vaccine** (or willing to obtain)
- You're available to work at least 3 days on weekdays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Resilience and ability to work independently
