**About the role**:
This organisation is a leading fund administration. They are a market leading provider of technology-enabled administration solutions, continually developing our offerings to expand with our clients' needs.
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to support a recent project with planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating project activities, communicating with stakeholders, tracking project progress, and ensuring that all aspects of the project are on track.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Assist in the development of project plans and timelines, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Monitor project progress and address issues as they arise, escalating to management when necessary.
- Prepare and distribute project-related documentation, reports, and updates.
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and presentations related to project activities.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and expenses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless project execution.
- Support project managers in identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
**About you**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to confidently communicate to Senior Stakeholders
