After some recent business changes, PointsBet Australia is about to head into a exciting stage of it's journey and as we continue to grow, we're looking for a Compliance Analyst to join our spectacular PB team.

The Compliance Analyst is critical to the timely and effective operation of PointsBet’s regulatory compliance program. The Compliance Analyst is responsible for performing vital responsible gambling and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance actions including (but not limited to) use of reporting tools to monitor and review client behaviour, responsible gambling check-ins and actions, client account reviews and actions, AML reviews, enhanced customer due diligence actions, dispute reviews and resolution actions. This role will support the Compliance Manager and the department Head to ensure PointsBet maintains the highest possible standards of regulatory compliance and is recognised as best in class.

**What you’ll own**:
Responsible Service of Gambling
- Monitor client behaviour using available reporting tools and (where appropriate) take steps to improve those tools
- Complete RSG reviews and actions under supervision of the Responsible Gambling Officer

AML
- Carryout ongoing AML monitoring in accordance with the AML Program
- Complete AML reviews and actions under supervision of the Compliance Manager
- Escalate AML matters to the AML Compliance Officer as appropriate

Other Compliance
- Escalate high risk reviews and other matters for Management Review as appropriate
- Provide recommendations, management, and key stakeholder briefs on responsible gambling and AML
- Assist with regulatory dispute resolution processes, and other compliance actions.
- Identify errors/issues and follow through to resolution
- Manage workloads to handle peak volumes and issues resolution
- Meet all respective review SLA’s and KPI’s
- Work with and provide feedback to Customer Service team
- Keep accurate records of all known issues and escalations
- From time to time, assist the Payments & Fraud team to monitor and support the escalation process between customer support and payments
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve issues
- From time to time, assist the Payments & Fraud team to assist the Payments and Fraud team on daily duties
- Under supervision of the Compliance Manager action integrity requests from key external stakeholders
- Resolving customer queries and issues

**The skills we seek**:

- Experience in a customer service, AML, compliance or risk role.
- Demonstratable experience with compliance frameworks
- Demonstrable ability to interact with clients and resolve customer issues
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel.
- Effective analytical, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
- Experience in wagering industry is a plus.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
