W Brisbane located at 81 N Quay, Brisbane City QLD 4000 is hiring a Whatever/Whenever Team Leader. Responsibilities include:

- Lead a team of Whatever/Whenever Agents in delivering memorable and unique experiences to guests
- Handling a high volume of calls dealing with guest requests for wake-up calls, screening calls, do not disturb, call forwarding, conference calls, TDD relay calls, and non-registered guest calls
- Providing information on all facilities provided within the hotel
- Making recommendations, upsell hotel features and related services
- Ability to multi task at all times
- Outstanding attention to detail
