About the role

An exciting opportunity (0.8EFT) exists for a suitably experienced and qualified individual to take on a dual Intake & Assessment and Case Manager role within the North Eastern Melbourne Area team. This role will be responsible for engaging with all families of participants referred to the program as part of Intake & Assessment, as well as providing individually tailored Case Management to disengaged learners within the context of their families, whilst developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across a range of sectors.
