**The Role**
Visits to the General John Baker Complex (GJBC), HQJOC, are essential for maintaining strategic partnerships, domestic and international engagement, and business management.

The role will require you to work within an integrated team of APS and ADF personnel with limited direction and competing priorities.

APS 6 - Visits Coordinator role include:

- Processing requests to visit GJBC to COS at weekly meetings;
- Coordinate logistics and administrative requirements for Executive visits to GJBC;
- Maintaining a strategic Excel spreadsheet of upcoming visits;
- Organise and facilitate coordination meetings to manage the day to day logistics of a visit to GJBC, including allocating tasks;
- Facilitate visit pre-briefings with internal stakeholders;
- Considerable level of external stakeholder engagement including international and domestic staff to ensure a smooth process of visitor arrivals; and
- Assist with Committees when required.

**About our Team**
The Business Coordination Cell provides a diverse range of administrative support and coordination for the Joint Operations Command which includes; oversight and coordination of HQJOC Enterprise Committee support and the coordination of Visits for internal and external visitors, including international and domestic delegations to the General John Backer Complex.

The APS 6 Visits Coordinator is accountable to the EL1 Deputy Director Business Coordination Cell.

They will be able to work independently with the opportunity for reasonable autonomy and accountability for the achievement of outcomes of their work.

You must be able to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting 2 Security Clearance.
