Montefiore is looking to recruit an admin all-rounder to the position of Ward Clerk.

Reporting to the Executive Care Manager and Deputy Care Manager, you will be instrumental in aiding the smooth running of the unit. Your primary responsibilities will involve organising and managing a number of clinics, communicating between health care professionals and management along with other record keeping duties. Other tasks may include, but are not limited to:

- Delivering a high level of customer service to Consumers and visitors
- General administrative duties
- Database Management
- Recording and retrieval of information
- Document preparation
- Scanning/Filing/archiving

**Essential Criteria**:

- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
- High level of computer literacy and ability to prioritise tasks
- Ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team
