As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts by providing strategic guidance and technical expertise to our prospective clients. Working closely with the sales and product teams, you will leverage your understanding of financial technology solutions to articulate the value proposition of our products and tailor demonstrations to address specific client needs. Your ability to build strong relationships, understand client requirements, and effectively communicate our offerings will be essential in driving revenue
growth and fostering long-term partnerships.

Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with- Building relationships with customers and proactively seeking new Xplan sales opportunities by developing new relationships with prospective clients.- Working with a senior team member to determine solutions to customers’ challenges and supporting the sales team to present proposals to clients.- In-bound & Out-bound pre-sales and sales to support Iress growth objectives.- Providing demonstrations, presentations, training, consultation and sales support services for the sales team and existing clients.- Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s & RFP related to Xplan.- Participation in industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote our brand and network with potential clients.

What you will bring

We are seeking a pre-sales, business development manager or account manager within the wealth management / financial services industry, who possesses the technical acumen with the ability to quickly grasp complex software solutions and effectively communicate their value to diverse audiences. We are seeking an exceptional communicator, who is able to build great rapport and credibility with clients at all levels as well as being able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a highly dynamic role.
