The role responsible for assigned customers to determine best supply solutions in regard to the supply, storage and distribution of goods. With an emphasis on discovering your potential and determination to connect with your fellow forwarders, this is an opportunity for you to thrive in a close and supportive team environment, valuing active listening and diversity of thinking.

**What you will be responsible for (but not limited to)**:
**Stock**
- Liaise with Customers to determine best stock levels and plan to ensure determined stock levels are maintained
- Record and track all stock movements in and out of warehouse, from suppliers and customers

**Financial**
- Control direct costs and indirect/overheads costs relating to the accounts
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers involved in accounts
- Review supplier performance

**Development & Commercial**
- Directly manage key commercial leads to increase revenue on accounts
- Align invoicing with contract and rates conditions

**Operation**
- Prepare strategies that ensure ongoing viability and tenure of the accounts
- Build a strategic partnership with other business divisions
- Manage and oversee Warehouse and Domestic Transportation operation. Ensure KPI level vs. expectations
- Lead Key monthly & quarterly operational review
- Control & Challenge operational costs
- Ensure compliance of procurement with company rules

**People Management**
- Direct and train managers in operational best practice
- Provide advice to management and customers on optimal supply, storage and distribution of the goods being handled.
