Warehouse Supervisor

**Warehouse 2IC**
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join the team.

This hands-on role will be to control and direct the efficient management of our Dandenong warehouse and to constantly review our current processes to increase productivity.

**The duties and responsibilities of this role include**:

- Stock up warehouse to maximum levels to cover local and interstate market sectors.
- Liaise with SYDNEY warehouse re: stock requirements.
- Manage staff. Motivate and encourage team work to ensure the warehouse is run efficiently.
- Provide information and support to Customer Service in Sydney.
- Manage RMA’s.
- Implement system of rolling stock takes.
- Oversee picking, packing and distribution activity.
- Monitor timesheets and manage leave requests.
- Ensure all WHS requirements are maintain.
- **A minimum of 3 years warehouse supervisory experience or extensive warehouse experience wanting to move into the next step of management**:

- Strong people management skills
- Forklift license
- Good computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- High energy levels with a desire to make a positive impact on our business.
