Key Accountabilities:
Operational
- Manage customer pickups, store transfers
- Unload trucks and containers as applicable
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, pack and dispatch) within timeframes.
- Manage product receiving including quality and quantity verification, system receiving and storage.
- Assist with daily freight activities.
- Ensure stock is packed and stored in accordance with company procedures
- Perform stock take and cycle counting procedures
- Process and package goods in a safe and time efficient matter.
- Ensure safety in every part of the job for all staff
- Other reasonable duties as required from time to time

Leadership
- Ensure that all staff are fully trained and equipped with desired skills and education about their role, and continue to monitor their development.
- Motivate and build a successful, cohesive team by leading from the front and inspiring a winning attitude amongst the team.
- Facilitate and encourage communication within and between teams, maintain good stakeholder relations.
- Regularly communicate with the team on company and team goals, team progress against targets and any other relevant key messages.

The workplace

**_ NOTE_**:

- : Warehouse work is physical by nature. In this role you will be required to lift, pack and move products regularly. If you have a pre-existing injury or illness which may be affected by the nature of warehousing work you must notify the hiring manager. Failure to do so could result in that injury or illness being ineligible for future compensation claims._

Sunday - 7.30 am - 4.00pm

Monday - 6.00 am - 2.30pm

Tuesday

Thursday 6.00am -2.30pm

Friday - RDO

Saturday - RDO

We pay an ordinary hourly rate of $40 per hour, plus penalties (the penalty for Sunday is 200% so ordinary hours of work on a Sunday will be paid at $80 per hour). Employees working the Sunday shift will be eligible to accrue 5 weeks of annual leave per year.

I believe this equates to a remuneration package of approx $110,000 (inclusive of super).
