This position open to practitioners located in the following areas: Inner West, Canterbury/Bankstown, Inner South, MacArthur/Campbelltown, Lower Northshore, Penrith/Blacktown, Northwest Sydney, Eastern Suburbs, Sutherland Shire, and South West Sydney.

They offer an in-home mobile service to NDIS clients, so this role is hybrid: predominantly work from home and in the community with regular trips to our office in North Strathfield as required.

**Essential**:

- To be endorsed by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission at Core level or above.
- Have a minimum of three months experience in conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments, developing interim and comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans. Experience in implementing these plans across a diverse range of disabilities, cultural backgrounds, and age groups.
- Have strong attention to detail, be able to prioritise tasks and complete them efficiently.
- Unrestricted Driver's License & access to a fully registered car with comprehensive insurance for work.
- Already possess/willing to obtain the following prior to commencement: WWCC, NDIS Worker Check, First Aid & CPR, NDIS E-modules, PRAHN Certificate or state equivalent, and provide a copy of your suitability outcome letter.
