**Vertical Scope Group** (VSG) are seeking multiple TS PV veterans who are either transitioning to civilian life in the next 24 months or are already working in civilian careers (security / electronics / intelligence), that are seeking to join the stable and lucrative ICT & cyber industry, on **salary packages of up to $120,000 per annum.**

We want you to join our award winning **WorkPath Australia **(WPA) training and employment program, for free You will develop a high paying and meaningful career, where depending on which employment pathways you take, you could receive up to $10,000 dollars of paid-for commercial training and certifications before joining Tier 1 ICT companies that are rated as the ‘best employers’ worldwide.

WorkPath is an innovative ICT training and employment program designed to assist transitioning veterans find meaningful security cleared employment opportunities.The program helps veterans by translating their military skills into a commercial setting, or professionals wanting a new challenge, securing them commercial training and qualifications.

- ADF Intelligence Analysts

TS PV Indigenous Australians, APS and other professionals, are additionally invited to join WorkPath Professional - Training and Employment.

**How We Assist**
- Program 5 Key Steps_

1. Identification

The WPA team works with you to identify your interests and the types of organisations you want to work for. A dedicated Program Success manager will help you navigate your ADF transition up to 24 months from discharge.

2. Selection

Once a meaningful employment pathway for you has been identified, we guide you through the assessment and interview process and any specific security clearance requirements. If successful, you will receive a Conditional Letter of Offer, outlining the requirements for you to successfully join the organisation.

3. Pathway

You commence your pathway towards completing any training, certification and security clearance requirements outlined in your job offer must be completed prior to joining the organisation.

4. Placement

Upon meeting your employment conditions, you commence transitioning from the Australia Defence Force or current employer and begin your exciting new career

5. Alumni Program

Upon successful graduation, join our Alumni program where a buddy system will be utilised to ensure future participants will receive the proper mentoring and assistance with others who have successfully completed the WorkPath program
