Join Vertical Scope Group (VSG) as we are now inviting expressions of interest for Expert, Trusted and Reputable Locksmith Professionals at all levels of knowledge and experience from Defence Support Services (DSS) Levels 1-5 (Associate, Practitioner, Advanced Practitioner, Expert, Pre-eminent Advisor) to join our submission for a multi-year, Specialist Security Services panel.

We want high performing, highly experienced professionals that have backgrounds in Engineering, SCEC, Acoustic, Building and Specialist Security, that can work across the board to implement the next phase of Australia’s innovative solutions for Defence and National Security.

Vertical Scope Group are securing experienced Locksmiths to join our award-winning Professional Services Division to be included in our submission. If successful, and if you are listed as a named consultant in our submission, VSG will always offer you first choice and opportunity of any work that is released to us.

As a Locksmith specialising in Security Services you will supply, install, adjust, repair, and replace locks and related hardware.

Ideally, you will possess experience in:

- suitably qualified as a Security Consultant and Equipment Committee (SCEC) approved Locksmith.
- manual, and electronic combination locks,
- A variety of lock mechanisms, integrating local and client supplied items,
- safe or vault opening, providing associated maintenance,
- access controls,
- and conduit installation,
- and supervise local locksmith contractors and /or subcontractors,
- locking systems performance and advisory reports as required,
- and install electronic access control systems, and
- domestic and international related services.
- Baseline (min.) - TS PV security clearance desirable
- Australian Citizenship is essential

Adherence to one or more of the following standards:

- AS 4145.2-2008 - Locksets and hardware for doors and windows, Part 2: Mechanical locksets for doors and windows in buildings,
- AS 4145.4-2002 - Locksets, Part 4: Padlocks
- AS 5039-2008 - Security screen doors and security window grilles
- AS 5040-2003 - Installation of security screen doors and window grilles,
- AS 5041-2003 - Methods of test - Security screen doors and window grilles,
- AS/NZS 3016:2002 - Electrical installations - Electric security fences,
- AS/NZS 3016:2002 A1 - Electrical installations - Electric security fences: Amendment
