Operating since 2007, they have seen substantial growth and now has eight sites operating across Victoria. They offer complete waste management solutions tailored to the specific needs of their commercial, industrial and residential customers. They are committed to maximising recycling opportunities through dedicated resource recovery and innovation.

Based at their purpose built Pakenham depot, this newly created role will be crucial to the success of Transfer Station. As the Site Supervisor you will lead, organise and provide direction to a small group of dedicated employees to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in site management, HSEQ outcomes and financial results.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Supervising the day to day operations of the site.
- Direct reporting to the Operations Manager.
- Staff supervision and rostering.
- Co-ordinate logistics requirements with the Logistics Manager.
- Oversee customer service, build customer relationships and identify sales opportunities.
- Ensure high standards of HSEQ are maintained at the site at all times.
- Work alongside the finance team to achieve budgeted financial results and understand the site revenue streams, COGS and expenses.
- Maximise recycling opportunities and minimising waste to landfill.

To be successful, the following skills, experience and attributes are preferred:

- Significant experience within the Waste industry.
- Previous supervisor experience essential.
- Experience operating mobile plant & equipment (eg Forklift Licence).
- Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Great multi-tasking and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to change.
- Excellent phone and written communication.
- Strong people skills.
- Friendly and approachable nature.
