**The Company**

Boilermakers are required to join our Innovative client, who are a high-quality Fabrication Company based in Pakenham. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, duties will include fabrication of Modular, relocatable & Bespoke Building systems to be built at the new factory & sent to site for fit up. OH&S knowledge is a must. The Company prides themselves on looking after their workers & creating a quality work environment. The Company has a large amount of contracts & is continuing to grow.

**Job Requirements**
- Proven experience as a Structural Boilermaker/Welder
- Strong MIG welding skills are essential.
- Experience Tradesman or newly Qualified Apprentices with a strong work ethic
- Can-do attitude and an ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision
- Must have strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Reading & Interpreting drawings essential
- Ability to maintain a clean work area & good organisation skills

**Hours & Rates**
- Day shift, 6:00am till 2pm Monday to Friday
- $56.25 per hour, plus super. Casual positions with view to perm.
