**Join Our Team as Regional Administration Support at Team Global Express**
Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Team Global Express is on the lookout for a skilled **Regional Administration Support**to become a key member of our **Melbourne Depot team**. With the option to be based at either our **Altona**or **Melair workshop**, this is your chance to play a vital role in keeping our fleet maintenance operations running smoothly.
**About the Role**:
As **Regional Administration Support**, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative functions to ensure the efficient operation of our fleet maintenance facilities. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with Managers, Supervisors, Equipment Operators, and Workshop Staff.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Full-Time **Permanent**position.
- Handle enquiries, relay messages, and ensure stakeholders are kept informed.
- Maintain the **training and licensing register**for the area.
- Ensure workshop **equipment compliance**documentation and schedules are up to date.
- Process **time and attendance records**for payroll submission and reconciliation with work order labour hours.
- Raise **purchase requisitions**for inventory and ensure proper approvals are obtained before making any major expenditure purchases.
- Provide general clerical support and assistance as needed.
**What You’ll Bring**:
- **3+ years’ experience**in an administration role.
- Experience in a **similar industry**or function is a plus.
- Competency in **MS Office Suite**(Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- **Computer literate**with excellent data entry skills using MS products.
- A solid understanding of **cost components**and a focus on **cost containment**.
