**What the day will look like**
- Handling a range of account management, servicing, sales and administration responsibilities
- The first point of resolution for customer queries regarding their insurance needs.
- Working towards achieving both your KPI’s and your team’s revenue, acquisition, and retention targets.
- Identifying new business and up-selling opportunities as you interact with our clients.
- Multi-tasking whilst navigating a range of technologies and platforms
- Partner with stakeholders and colleagues across the business to exceed client expectations.
- Work within company policy, adhered to our call handling guidelines, compliance, laws and regulations.

You will be onboarded and coached by a team of experienced professionals. You will be on a pathway to achieving excellence in sales and will access a range of programs to enhance your product and business knowledge. You will have multiple opportunities to develop your Aon IQ and broaden your knowledge of the business.

We are looking for an individual with a can-do attitude who enjoys collaborating closely with clients and has the drive to learn and grow in our company. You will be part of a fast paced and varied Insurance Broking team who love to service our Non-For-Profit clients and build relationships.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- 1 year experience across the insurance industry
- Sound understanding of General Insurance across multiple lines
- Passion for helping clients who are serving the community daily
- Interested in dealing with clients and customers and offering outstanding service
- Managing your workflow and proven success with prioritising work
- A team player who enjoys contributing ideas in a great team environment
- An all-rounder who thrives in a highly professional and fast paced position
- Motivated to grow, learn, and become an integral part of this team
- Tier 1 Compliance qualified, is highly desired but not essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication
