Our client is seeking motivated and reliable Production Line Workers to join their dynamic team. As a Production Line Worker, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the smooth operation of the production line and contributing to the timely delivery of our high-quality products. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor machinery on the production line to ensure efficient and continuous operation.
- Conduct quality checks on products to maintain high standards of quality and compliance with specifications.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime.
- Keep accurate records of production data, including quantities produced, waste generated, and equipment maintenance logs.
- Assist in the packaging and labelling of finished products for shipment or storage.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area, including clearing any debris or obstructions.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Production Line Worker or in a similar manufacturing role is preferred.
- Forklift license is highly desirable, as occasional forklift operation may be required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot common machinery issues.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and complying with all safety regulations.
