**Your new role**
You’ll be an integral part of the Reservations Department supporting them with general administration, bookings, and numeric data entry. Duties include:

- Processing reservations through inhouse reservations system
- Auditing the previous night’s accommodation register and rolling the reservation system
- Providing daily client “heads on beds” reports
- Following up anomalies with clients including no-shows, early departures, non-bookings, over-stays
- Creating weekly occupancy reports in excel
- Responding to customer enquiries for accommodation

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will have experience in a hotel bookings environment or with remote workforce accommodation. You’ll be adaptable with sharp general administration skills, attention to detail, numeric skills and strong time management skills. You’ll be personable, passionate about contributing to team projects with an unmatched ability to deliver results for your team. You’ll be articulate across a all facets of modern communication, committed to excellent customer service and dedicated to fostering a safe and healthy workplace.
