**Your new Role - Recruitment Consultant**

This is a 360-degree temp and perm desk that will keep you on your toes - the ability to multitask is key, along with your passion to exceed expectations.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.

For an experienced blue-collar consultant, we can provide any required training, support, and tools of the trade you need to help you succeed.
- Proven experience in blue-collar recruitment, ideally within a 360-degree role.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and a professional communication style.
- A positive, team-focused attitude, combined with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Possession of a current Australian driver's license.
- Willingness to be part of a rotating on-call roster for one week per month.
