- Knowledge of broking insurance products
- Completion Tier 1
- The ability to establish strong working relationships with clients and colleagues

- Strong decision making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent time and organisational management
- Customer service focus
- Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
- Problem Solving and conflict resolution skills
