About the role

We’re seeking a Group Compliance Manager to manage the compliance program across the Transurban Group.
- You’ll join an innovative and supportive team, who thrive on achieving and delivering business outcomes whilst taking a robust and holistic approach to compliance management.

As our Group Compliance Manager, you’ll contribute to lasting and positive changes that shape the future of our cities and communities. It’s meaningful, challenging and exciting work.

Day-to-day, you will:
- Lead the day-to-day compliance management for the Transurban Group and ensure administration of the Protecht system is undertaken effectively-
- Provide leadership and guidance in the ongoing implementation and development of the compliance framework for the Group-
- Lead compliance reporting to the Business Units, Executive Committee and the Board.-
- Develop and deliver education programs for staff in relation to compliance.-
- Guide business units with their compliance activities, ensuring that compliance registers are up-to-date and that Protecht is in active useThis role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:
- Great communication and interpersonal skills - ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels-
- Strong technical reporting skills (Excel (required), Tableau (preferred), Protecht (preferred))-
- Ability to review, implement and manage effective management and information systems-
- At least 5 years of compliance management experience in a financial institution or large/ASX listed company-
