**Non-for-profit assisting the Sydney Anglican diocese in its ministry towards children, youth, and families**

Anglican Youthworks is chartered by ordinance to assist the Sydney Anglican Diocese and therefore seeks to serve youth directly, as well as through the institutions where they may be found, namely in families, churches, and schools. Anglican Youthworks is seeking a Marketing Lead to join our team. This permanent (fulltime) role is based at our Corporate Office in the city of Sydney.

Anglican Youthworks’ Marketing Team ensures that the Ministry Teams are competitive in their respective markets. Working across multiple channels such as print, digital, social and web, the Team designs and implements marketing campaigns that are true to the ministry team’s mission and leverages the latest trends. The Marketing Team has a focus on the customer experience journey, ensuring that customers have a great experience from the initial point of contact.

**About the role**:

- Aiding the various Ministry Teams’ mission(s) by executing marketing campaigns across all channels.
- Assisting in the developing, implementing, and sustaining of an organisational marketing strategy.
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of marketing campaigns, and the duties of direct staff reports.
- Salary range $75k-$80k per annum dependant on experience and qualifications.
- Hybrid position once training completed.

**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Liaise with the relevant Ministry Team’s to understand needs, wants, events and reach.
- Work with the Creative Lead to ensure that all digital marketing assets are completed on time and to a high level.
- Assist in the organization, preparation and management of marketing opportunity events and conferences.
- Assist in the establishment, development, implementation and oversight of relevant websites, social media plans, development plans, campaigns, and strategies.
- In collaboration with the Head of Marketing, ensure Marketing initiatives have clear outcomes within a broader strategic plan and support Anglican Youthworks’ guiding principles.
- Overall responsibility and leadership of direct reports through training, supervising, mentoring and performance monitoring.
- Work consistently with the values and ethos of Anglican Youthworks as a Christian employer.
- Completed / or in the process of completing university study relating to marketing and / or minimum 3 years’ experience in the same or a similar field.
- Knowledge & experience in Adobe Creative Cloud & their products, as well as Apple computer products.
- Understanding of SEO and SEM processes.
- Knowledge and skills in website management and social media platforms.
- Excellent organisational & time management skills with the ability to multitask & to be flexible to reflect changes in priority.
- Collaborative, proactive, innovative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-developed written & verbal communication skills with a focus on providing strong customer service.
- A willingness to work within an overtly Christian environment and within an Anglican organisation.

**What we would really like you to have**:

- Demonstrated experience in staff management.
- Photography and/or videography experience.
- Experience in the Non-Profit sector.
