SharePoint Trainer and Instructional Designer, Fixed-term 12 months, Full Time
The Department of Education is transitioning from SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online in 2023. The SharePoint Trainer and Instructional Designer will be responsible for developing the requisite learning materials and deliver training to develop the organisation's capability in using SharePoint Online.
The SharePoint Trainer & Instructional Designer will be responsible for:

- deliver classroom style training, one-on-one instruction with key staff, train-the-trainer and facilitate workshops both onsite and virtual
- facilitate the adoption of MS Teams as a collaboration tool aligned with SharePoint for record management
- develop new creative training materials in various formats to support different learning styles to a range of audiences and abilities, including accessibility. This includes, but is not limited to, webinars, quick reference guides, FAQ's, activity workbooks, and instructional videos
- design relevant and engaging learning experiences that participants can readily translate to their business context and processes
- evaluate the impact of learning activities to confirm the adoption of SharePoint in line with the department's approach, and adapt learning and support activities where gaps are identified
