Do you love OSHC, but looking for a change? A Full time Rostering Manager position is now available.
- Full Time |38 Hours | Off the Floor + On the Floor Position (as needed).
- Work with the Managing Team
- Assist the amazing families, educators & leaders at the service with operations.
- Experience with Xap Technologies advantageous.
- Full training provided.

The primary role will be creating and maintaining the rosters and onboarding new staff.

**About the role**:

- A permanent part-time position, 38 hours per week, working Monday to Friday.
- **Experience in Tanda** is highly desirable
- CCMS program used is Xap Technologies for the service. Being competent and efficient in its use. Training is provided.
- Admin support such as filing, system management, facility management.
- You will be an active member of the team, which provides high quality education, care and support to the school community.
- Working on the floor within the centre to support and ensure ratios are met as needed but the position will be off the floor based.

Tasks could look like, but are not limited to:

- Being a point of contact for a range of staff
- Interviewing and onboarding new staff to the company
- Orientating New staff to the organisation
- Update forms / signage within the service.
- Report to management
- Being included in ratio as needed
- Developing systems to “work smarter, not harder”
- Liaise with management to handle requests and queries from staff.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Someone with excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, with a great phone manner.
- Someone that can easily work autonomously with little direction and at the same time, someone that can take on tasks with direction happily.
- Someone that understands the ever changing day to day of an OSHC service and that knows some days things don’t go to plan and other things may take priority to what was planned (such as admin support may be required on something for management instead of the planned daily tasks).
- Have strong skills in administration and organisation.
- Knowledge of Xap technology is highly desirable.
- Knowledge and experience in OSHC, Early Childhood Education, or related industry is beneficial.
- Someone that can work well within a busy team.
- Someone that can take direction
- Experience with software’s such as TANDA ,Xap, Xero, Dropbox, Inclusion Support portal

**Requirement**:

- Must be available Monday to Friday, 9-5pm
- Has own transport
- Has a current first aid certificate, including asthma and anaphylaxis (or willing to obtain)
- Has completed child protection course CHCPRT001 (or willing to obtain)
- Has a current police check that is less than 6 months (or willing to obtain)
- Has a current working with children’s check
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.29 - $28.00 per hour
