Master Scheduler

**About the role**

We have a challenging opportunity for a **Master Scheduler **to step into a complex, inflight migration of people, processes, and technology between Heritage Bank and People's Choice Bank.

You will define key delivery milestones and manage the dependencies between those that inform and define the critical path.

You will play a critical role in ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget and work closely with key project leaders to ensure effective coordination and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Driving a forward view of critical phases and milestones inclusive of cyclic releases, deliverables, governance, and mobilisation activities.
- Challenging underlying assumptions behind program schedules to ensure they reflect tangible outcomes, align with agreed program objectives and benefits realisation.
- Identifying and assessing risks, issues, and conflicts that may impact the schedule, and develop mitigation plans.
- Providing accurate and timely reports, dashboards, and visualisations that communicate project status, key metrics, and performance indicators to management and stakeholders.
- Continuously improving scheduling processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Training and mentoring project team members on best practices for schedule management and adherence.

**About you**

Given the early stage of our integration and maturity of our EPMO framework, you will need to demonstrate resilience as you develop and consolidate a single comprehensive master schedule across the portfolio.
- 10+ years proven experience as a Master Scheduler with portfolio level complexities and interdependencies.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel or Tableau.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify critical paths, analyse complex data, and make informed decisions.
- Expert in project management software - Microsoft Project Online preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.

**Qualifications and Memberships**
- Certification in project management, such as PMP (Project Management Professional), is highly desirable.
