Routine Inspection Officer/ Assistant Property

First National Real Estate City to Surf is seeking an Assistant Property Manager purely responsible for Routine Inspections. We are looking for someone who has a passion for property management and eye for detail.

We are a long-established business with a modern office/workplace and family like culture.

As one of the top Agents in the area, we provide Clients and Customers with the highest quality service and professionalism and therefore seek a staff member to continue to provide our same high standard of service.

**Your key responsibilities will be**:

- Scheduling and conducting routine property inspections
- Actioning general maintenance from the routine inspections
- Issuing entry notices
- Preparing the reports to clients
- Liaise and effectively communicate with our Senior Property Manager

**Software used by our office**:

- Property Me
- EagleCRM

**Now there is a catch to this amazing job, you must have the following**:

- Real Estate Certificate of Registration issued by the Office of Fair Trading **(MUST)**:

- Current driver's licence **(MUST)**:

- At least 1 year experience in a similar role or real estate agency **(MUST)**:

- Positive and professional work ethic **(MUST)**:

- Exceptional communication skills **(MUST)**:

- An open and friendly disposition with a focus on client satisfaction **(MUST)**:

- Someone of a proactive nature **(MUST)**:

- A strong desire to be a senior property manager with time **(MUST)**
