**About the position...**
The HR Administrator will work closely with the Recruitment Operations team, providing excellent customer service to the organisation on all things HR related.
**The responsibilities will include (but are not limited to)**:
- **End to end new starter onboarding and setup in payroll system (Chris21)**:
- **Completing pre-employment verifications such as Police Checks, Working with Children Checks, Visa’s etc.**:
- **Creation of Security and Name badges**:
- **Triaging and responding to HR queries in busy HR inbox**:
- **General office administration duties (mail sorting, filing etc.)**:
- **Actively support the Recruitment Operations team and the broader HR Shared Services department**:
- **Participate in HR projects and other business initiatives**
- **Ability to work in a fast paced environment**:
- **Excellent customer service skills and experience**:
- **Well-developed communication skills**:
- **Strong eye for detail**:
- **Competent computer skills**:
- **Ability to use initiative and work autonomously**:
- **Well organised with brilliant time management skills**:
- **Ability to multi-task and manage competing work priorities**:
