**SHEQ Administrator**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality administration support in health, safety, environment, and quality matters in conjunction with the SHEQ function
- Assist the development of safety documentation, implementation, and ensure full compliance with Health and Safety, Environmental Legislation, Regulations, and ISO Standards
- Compile hard copy safety documents and site safety boards
- Provide support for Document Control liaising with the SHEQ Coordinator
- Provision of safety training to site personnel including conducting new employee/contractor inductions
- Assist in the management of the ProReman online incident reporting system, and the consolidation of data for weekly and monthly reporting
- Provide support in the investigation of safety near misses, incidents, and injuries
- Provide general administration assistance to the HR Manager as required

**Essential Position Requirements**:

- Structured, organised, and planned approach to work duties
- Task and detail focused, providing accuracy and high quality
- Ability to work at a highly productive pace
- Experience in a similar HR/SHEQ role within the Manufacturing/Mining Industry
- Risk Assessment facilitation experience
- ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & OHAS 18001 (Implementation, Compliance and Auditing)
- Demonstrated ability to design, deliver and lead group presentations / public speaking

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
