**Do Work That Matters**

Due to continued success our team is experiencing rapid and sustainable growth, resulting in a rare opportunity to join our Sydney team and work with Australia's largest agricultural clients and investors. Many of our clients have bespoke requirements, often with exposure to international markets, giving you the opportunity to gain new skills. The team role models leading ESG practices and is an outperformer in trade & commodity finance & Australian agri M&A finance.

**You will**:

- Manage the operational aspects of the client's day-to-day banking requirements.
- Work closely with product & risk specialists
- Collaborate closely with clients and team members in the structuring of new banking facilities and the management of existing ones.
- Prepare concise and well-reasoned credit reports, annual reviews, monitor covenant compliance, assist with KYC /onboarding & general client correspondence.
- Travel to regional Australia to understand your client's business and banking requirements.

**We want to hear from you if you have**:

- Sound skills in financial statement analysis
- Demonstrated experience within our commercial, wholesale or agri banking.
- Demonstrate a true depth and breadth of experience with our internal systems, processes, and policies.
- A tertiary qualification in Business/Finance or Accounting with a strong interest in Agri/Commodity Markets.
