**About Us**

The Court aims to be an innovative, accessible, and responsive court that provides quality services to the Victorian community.
**About the Role**
Use your skills and knowledge of family violence to support Affected Family Membersduring their court process. Through single session engagements with applicants, you will assess applicants' immediate nonlegal needs, conduct risk assessments and safety planning, and provide applicants with information and referrals to external service providers as needed. You will establish and maintain relationships and work closely with a range of internal andexternal stakeholders, including Judiciary, Court Registrars and community-based organisations.
You will utilise the MARAM framework and sharerisk-relevant information under the Family Violence Information Sharing Scheme to support the management of risk and safety to Affected Family Members. In return for your contribution, you will receive the following:

**About You**
You will hold a relevant tertiary qualification in a related discipline such as social work, psychology or social sciences, and demonstrated experience and knowledge of Family Violence including drivers, risks and issues that can acerbate family violence risk. You will also bring with you sound skills in the provision of support, crisis containment and risk assessment and sound stakeholder engagement skills
